Donald Trump's Constitutional Ineligibility For Office

Donald Trump did a CNN Town Hall the other day that included many interesting exchanges. One exchange that did not occur, though, was in response to the question: "Are you eligible to be President again?" There was no such exchange because the question was never asked. The event proceeded on the assumption that Trump is eligible to serve again, which would not have occurred if, say, Barack Obama or George W. Bush was the guest. I hope that this mistake will not be repeated by journalists covering the campaign. The courts will soon be asked to assess Trump's constitutional eligibility under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment. I am very doubtful that he is eligible. But even if I am wrong about that, the question should be asked.
