More Information About the Koh Nomination

JB

Yale Law School's website has an extensive collection of articles about Dean Harold Koh's nomination as Legal Adviser to the State Department as well as many letters and statements of support for Koh from a wide variety of different groups. These include a letter from a group of international law scholars including seven former State Department Legal Advisers, from Judge Advocates General, from Yale Law School Conservatives, from Former Republican Government Attorneys, and from former Bush Administration Solicitor General Ted Olsen.

UPDATE: Speaking before the Yale Federalist Society on Thursday, Pepperdine Law School Dean and former D.C. Circuit Judge and Solicitor General Kenneth Starr also argued that the Senate should confirm Koh's nomination, the Yale Daily News reports.
