I will have more to say about this decision in the coming weeks. But my first take is that this is good news. It is good news because it is certain that the Section Three issue will be resolved well ahead of the election in November. This was always my most top priority. In January 2022, I wrote the following in a post here:
"Trump and the rest of the country are on a collision course with Section Three. It's just a matter of time."
The time is now.
UPDATE: One wonders whether any Section 3 amnesty legislation will now be introduced in Congress.
